A new board at my store. The regional people are having a contest for the best promotional art for this 'new' blend of coffee. (It's not actually new, it's Serena Organic blend coffee and it was choosen by most New Englanders in a huge taste test as their favorite blend.)

the new england scene being in steam was one of my coworker's ideas. Cuz she's smrt.

Done using chaulk markers.

I think I'd like working in a coffee shop... apart from the coffee smell... though I'd not be talented enough to be allowed to play with the chalk :( hehe...

It's a lot of fun working at my store. Although we are a starbucks, we sort of have the feel of a small neighborhood cafe, it's really great.

Yeah, the coffee smell clinging to your body after work is especially horrid XD

sounds fun :) ... I can't stand coffee... I used to go to this little coffee shop in my home town a lot (which didn't smell coffee-ee! huzzah!) and have hot chocolate :P

Thank you!! One of the higher ups came in yesterday and said that he'd seen a lot of boards that day and that I probably have a chance, so that's exciting ^^

I'm going to try to buy some different colored chaulk markers for my store, we have no bluesor purples!! that seems wrong to me, lol
