So, I drew this on the fly, that "Draw yourself as a teenager" meme has been floating around for a few weeks now, and I thought maybe this is what I needed to kick my art block's ass.

So yes, this is me, 15-16. Semi goth girl. I didn't know how stereotypical I was then. Haha!

I hope you enjoy it!

2 hours, sketchbook paper, microns, silver pen and crayola thinliners. :D

p.s. My hands ACHE! My fingers and thumb and wrist kept getting that tingling "we're almost numb" feeling while I was working on this. It worries me... Especially if I want to draw more.......

this is such a cute and awesome idea!!! to document yourself as a teenager! i really love it! haha when i was that age i was into anne rice and vampires and changed my nail polish colour every day :).

hmm, i suppose this wouldn't work me for since i still am one. but i love your star tights, they kick much ass.

if the tingly feeling in your wrists and fingers/thumb, continues, you really should read up on it because alot of the time that's what carpal tunnel starts out as. when i was showing begining signs of it, i started sleeping with a brace on my wrist, so it wasn't bent all the time and then i stopped have the tingles after a couple of months.

Do one of how you think you'll be when you aren't one!

I thing it's a combination of carpal tunnel and arthritis (I may only be 24, but it runs in my family and my joints ache frequently, especially in winter.)

I need to work out a medical bill, then I'll go. I'm lazy and hate going to doctors, lol.
